Websites Makeover PPC Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Websites Makeover PPC ("the app") is an internal tool operated by Websites Makeover LLC ("we", "us"). We use it to manage Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Search Console for our own clients who have granted us access. The app is not offered to the public. 2. Google user data we access

When an authorized person signs in with Google and grants access, the app requests these OAuth scopes and accesses only the data below for accounts that person can access and has asked us to manage:

• Google Ads (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords): account settings, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, assets, budgets, bidding, conversion actions, performance reports, search terms and policy status.
• Google Analytics (scopes https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.edit): report data (visits, pages, events, conversions, revenue), read with the read-only scope; and property configuration needed to link Analytics with Google Ads and set conversion events, changed with the edit scope.
• Google Search Console (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly): search performance data (queries, pages, clicks, impressions) for the client's website. Read only.

We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or any other Google data.

3. How we use it

Google user data is used only to plan, set up, manage and report on advertising for the client who granted access: creating and adjusting that client's campaigns within the budget the client approved, checking that conversion tracking works, and preparing reports for that client. We do not use it for any other purpose.

4. What we never do

• We do not sell Google user data or any client data.
• We do not share or transfer it to other parties, except to the client it belongs to, or where required by law.
• We do not use it for advertising, retargeting, or for our own marketing.
• We do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• No person reads the data except where needed to manage and report on that client's advertising, for security purposes, or to comply with the law.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

Websites Makeover PPC's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Storage and security

• The OAuth access token is stored only on Websites Makeover LLC's own work computer, in an access-restricted file that is never shared, committed to code repositories or sent by email.
• Data from Google APIs is processed on that computer when we run a task. Campaign plans, change logs and client reports are kept in private, access-controlled storage used only by Websites Makeover LLC.
• All connections to Google use encrypted HTTPS.
• Access is limited to Websites Makeover LLC staff who manage the client's advertising.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep Google user data only as long as needed to manage and report on the client's advertising. When a client ends our service or asks us to, we stop accessing their accounts and delete the Google data and reports we hold for them within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

8. Client intake form

Clients may receive a private link (valid 30 days) to a short form about their business. Answers and uploaded files (images or PDF) are stored with our hosting provider Cloudflare, protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and accessible only to Websites Makeover LLC. Contact details from the form are used only to work with that client and are deleted on request. The form never asks for passwords, payment details or customer lists.

9. How to revoke access or request deletion

• Revoke the app's access at any time from your Google Account: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can also remove Websites Makeover LLC's access inside Google Ads, Google Analytics and Search Console user settings.
• To request deletion of your data, email adam@websitesmakeover.com. We complete deletion within 30 days.
